Taylor Rhoades is a wellness educator, yoga instructor, and founder of Wonders of Wellness, a community space encouraging holistic practices that empower generations, create balance, bring people together, and encourage healthy living. Her passion for the nine components of well-being — physical, mental, emotional, social, environmental, financial, occupational, educational, and spiritual — has inspired her to share practical techniques to support individuals throughout the evolution of their life wellness journey.
Through non-traditional teaching, Taylor creates approachable offerings where individuals can explore what their well-being means to them, while discovering practical tools to bring greater awareness and understanding into the pieces that make up each individual as a whole.
