Only what you type into the contact form. This site has no user accounts, no tracking cookies, and no analytics scripts.
When you send the contact form, the name, email address, and message you entered are sent to a Wonders of Wellness server, which emails them to Wonders of Wellness. They are used to reply to you and are not sold, published, or used for advertising. They are not stored in a database — the server passes them to an email provider and keeps no copy of its own, though the resulting email remains in Wonders of Wellness's inbox like any other email. To block automated spam, the form uses Google reCAPTCHA, which collects device and usage information and sends it to Google under Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Delivery of the email itself is handled by Resend, an email provider.
Online booking isn't live yet. Once it is, booking will go through Mindbody's own booking widget — Mindbody, not Wonders of Wellness, processes what you enter there. A link to Mindbody's own privacy policy will be added here once that's live. [legal review needed]
This site is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google). Standard hosting server logs may exist as an ordinary part of that service; Wonders of Wellness does not separately access or use them.
The contact form and booking are intended to be completed by a parent or guardian on behalf of a participant, not by a minor directly. This statement describes intended use only and is not a determination of compliance with any law regarding children's privacy. [legal review needed]
