Growing up in Southern California in a supportive home, Taylor was always a mover — playing sports, spending time at the beach, and finding joy in being active and connected to the world around her. Curiosity, movement, play, and connection have always been woven into her life.
Taylor graduated from the University of Kansas in 2019 with a degree in Community Health, where her experiences sparked a passion for self-love and community wellness. That curiosity led her to Ireland, where she worked alongside multigenerational outreach programs. Working with youth and adults throughout inner-city Dublin, Taylor was inspired by working across generations and witnessing the spectrum of a person's well-being throughout their lifetime.
Throughout her movement journey, Taylor became a certified yoga and aerial yoga instructor. Today, she teaches in yoga studios across Arizona, at her local apartment community, and at a private school in Scottsdale, where she also teaches Wellness Electives to middle and high school students. Through hands-on, experiential learning, Taylor creates environments where people can pause, explore, reflect, and discover wellness practices that can become part of everyday life.
Taylor specializes in working with children, teachers, and administrators who share a desire to bring greater awareness to wellness tools that prevent burnout, build confidence, and support sustainable well-being. She uses these skills in her teaching not as another set of expectations to live up to, but as tools to help others better understand themselves and create spaces for community and connection.
These experiences deepened her appreciation for the impact a community can have on the trajectory of a person's life. Those moments taught her part of who she is, shaping how she sees herself, connects with others, and moves forward — a healthy cycle Taylor continues to grow within.
Today, Taylor believes those same qualities are at the heart of living with intention. For her, living with intention means choosing to take meaningful steps toward the life you want. It means staying curious, acting courageously, and remaining grounded as you honor your own pace.
WOW is an extension of that belief — a space where wellness is not another set of expectations to live up to, but an invitation to explore what genuinely supports you. Through movement, reflection, education, and community, Taylor creates experiences that encourage people to pause, discover what they need, and take meaningful steps toward a life that feels connected, authentic, and their own.
